All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As we have no control over the services offered by the carrier, the risk of loss, and title for such items, pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
All Australian orders will be charged a flat rate of AUD $15. Express post postage delivery times vary depending on your location but should take 1-3 business days. A FREE SHIPPING discount will automatically be applied to all Australian + International orders over AUD $300
All international orders are sent with Australian Postal Service and if the total is less than AUD $150 will be charged a flat rate of AUD $65.00 for shipping. Orders sent to the following counties have an expected delivery time of 5-10 business days but can take up to 15 business days and can be tracked with a supplied tracking number;
Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Korea, Republic of (South Korea), Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK & USA.
Any countries not on the above list have varying delivery times and can take up to 6 weeks to be delivered depending on your countries customs and postal service. Countries not included in the above list are sent with Registered Post and require a signature on delivery. These orders are not able to be tracked along their journey.
PLEASE BE AWARE: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Please note that in accordance with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a “gift” for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivery to a gift recipient.
